Customer Notice relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the “Privacy Ordinance”)

In the course of using this website, customers may from time to time be required to provide personal data to Preferred Legacy Capital Limited (“Preferred”), including but not limited to name, gender, age, identity document number, telephone number, fax number, residential address, email address, credit information, bank account number, education level, occupation and income.

Such customer data may be used for the following purposes:

1. (1) daily operations required to provide services and credit facilities to customers;
2. (2) conducting credit reviews;
3. (3) promoting financial services or related products;
4. (4) determining the indebtedness owed by the Company to customers or by customers to the Company;
5. (5) disclosures required in order to comply with the laws of Hong Kong; and
6. (6) purposes related to the above.

Preferred will keep customer data confidential, but in the course of business operations Preferred may provide such data to:

1. (1) other companies within the Preferred Legacy group;
2. (2) any intermediary, contractor, or third-party service provider supplying administrative, telecommunications, computer, payment or other services;
3. (3) any person under a duty of confidentiality to Preferred;
4. (4) any government, regulatory or other body or authority required by law, rules or other regulations applicable to any member company of Preferred; and
5. (5) any actual or proposed assignee, participant or sub-participant of the Company, or assignee of the Company's rights in respect of customers.

Under the Privacy Ordinance, any person has the right to:

1. (1) check whether Preferred holds their data and to access such data;
2. (2) require Preferred to correct any inaccurate data relating to them; and
3. (3) ascertain Preferred's policies in relation to personal data and be informed of the categories of personal data held by Preferred.

Under the Privacy Ordinance, Preferred is entitled to charge a reasonable fee for processing any data access request. Any request for access to data, correction of data, or information regarding data policies should be addressed to:
